Bed & Breakfasts
My fee for B&Bs is $500 for up to 8 rooms. This also
includes exterior images as well as detailed images. Generally the
proprietor will provide me with a room for two nights including breakfast.
All other meals will be on my own. If possible, I will try to limit my
stay to one night. The B&B will be furnish a set of CDs that
contain high resolution images and a cd that will contain web size images.
Additionally, I will also create a web site for the B&B and add to my web site
www.midwest-bb.com. This
listing will be free of charge (no obligations) for one year from the time it is
created. If the B&B is interested in keeping this listing, then it can be
renewed for a rate of $100 per year or $150 for a 2-year period. The B&B
will have full copyright of these images. The exception is that the BB may
not submit any of these images in any photography contests.
Engagement Sessions
Engagement sessions are $200.00 per couple. A CD with high resolution
images will also be furnished to the couple in addition to a CD containing web
size images. Additionally, the couple will receive a 8x10 plus a 5x7x for
each set of parents and grandparents.

School Seniors
My rate is $250 and includes 48 wallets, 8x10 for the senior and a 5x7 for each
set of grandparents and parents.
